Wild Rice Apple Salad

3/4 cup wild rice
1/4 cup Basmati Rice
1/3 cup Sunflower Oil
3 tbsp Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Liquid Honey
2 tsp Maple Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 large Apple diced
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
2/3 cup diced cheddar
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup roasted salted sunflower seeds

1.  In a saucepan of boiling salted water cover and cook rice until tender and most of the rice is split, 30 to 44 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2.  In a large bowl whisk oil, vinegar, honey, mustard and salt; stir in red onion and rice, let stand 5 minutes.  Fold in Apple,  celery, cheese, cranberries and sunflower seeds, tossing to coat
