Chicken Wings

3 lb chicken wings, cut at joint (about 40 pieces)
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup soya sauce
3/4 cup or more pineapple juice
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp brown sugar
Fresh grated ginger

Heat oven to 375 F.  Dust wings in flour; brown in oil.   Combine ingredients.  Pour over wings.  Bake.  Turn often.  About an hour until tender.
