Danish Meatballs

A family favourite.

1/2 lb lean ground pork
1/2 lb ground veal
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 small grated onion
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup milk
Oil for frying

Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.  Heat oil in non stick frying pan.  Form meatballs with tablespoon and fry until golden brown.  Place in oven safe dish.  Bake in 350F oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
