Japanese Cabbage Salad

A nice variety of veggies in this one.

1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3/4 medium cabbage, shredded
12 oz fresh bean sprouts
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
2 or 3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Water chestnuts
1 1/2 cup chow mein noodles

Dressing:
1 pkg seasoning from instant noodles (chicken flavour)
1/2 cup Olive oil
2 to 4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper

Pour dressing over just before serving.
