This is not a hot curry but has lots of flavour! Store in a tightly sealed container for up to 6 months
2 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground fennel
Combine all spices and stir until fully mixed. Store in airtight container.
