Sautéed Mushrooms

Simple and yummy!

3/4 lb mushrooms
3 to 4 tbsp Olive Oil
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp white wine
2 shakes Tabasco sauce

Quarter or halve mushrooms.  Preheat skillet on high heat.  Add oil and mushrooms.  Saute for 3 minutes.   Add garlic, Tabasco, oregano, salt and pepper.
