4 squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup coarsely broken graham wafer crackers
1 cup mini marshmallows
4 squares semi sweet chocolate, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350F. Butter a 9 inch square baking pan; set aside.
- Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter on medium for 1 to 2 minutes, or in heavy saucepan set over low heat. Remove from heat and add salt. Stir until smooth. Stir in sugar and eggs, adding one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Gradually stir in flour until well combined. Spread into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Toss graham wafers with marshmallows and semi sweet chocolate. Spread evenly over hot chocolate base. Return to hot oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until marshmallows and chocolate are softened. Press down topping with the back of spoon. Cool on rack and slice into bars.
